Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Power Bat Stores ships to every state and union territory in India. Orders over ₹2,999 get free shipping; below that a flat ₹99 applies.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets through a secure, encrypted checkout. Cash on delivery may be available on eligible pin codes.

Are your products genuine and brand-new?

Every item we sell is 100% genuine, brand-new and sourced from authorised suppliers. Cricket bats are graded honestly by willow quality and weight before they are listed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Knocked-in or personalised bats and used protective gear cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

Do cricket bats come knocked in and ready to play?

Bats are lightly pressed at the factory. We recommend 4–6 hours of knocking-in plus nets practice with an old ball before facing a new ball. Knocking-in and oiling guides are on each product page.

How do I choose the right bat size?

Junior sizes 1–6 are age and height based; Harrow and Short Handle suit teenagers and adults. Each bat lists its size and weight range, and our size guide helps you match a bat to the player.

Do you sell badminton and other sports equipment?

Yes — alongside cricket we stock badminton rackets, shuttles, grips and sports accessories, and we are adding more sports over time. Browse the categories page for everything currently in stock.
