1. Return Policy At 1playx.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium cricket equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Used bats (e.g., knocked in, oiled, or played with) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. 2. Manufacturing Defects If your bat or equipment has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Note that standard wear and tear, including minor surface cracks or toe damage on cricket bats, are not considered manufacturing defects. Our experts will evaluate the item before authorizing a replacement or refund. 3. Refunds Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. 4. Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, the standard return policy applies. Customized or knocked-in bats cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. 5.
